Taking "Yun Hand" as an example, when waving the Yun Hand to the left, you should inhale and let your breath drop to the Dantian; while when waving the Yun Hand to the right, you should exhale and let your breath drop to the bottom of your abdomen. In the past, I paid too much attention to movements and ignored the importance of breathing, which led to excessive physical exhaustion. But since I learned to cooperate with breathing and movements, I feel much more relaxed.

Focus on mind

You must focus on boxing. Every action needs to be repeatedly pondered deep in the heart to maintain inner peace. Taking "Lu" in "Lang Bi Tai" as an example, you need to imagine that you are cleverly resisting the opponent's attack. At first I was often distracted, but now I have learned how to concentrate and feel particularly happy after practicing boxing.

Rhythm control

The twenty-four movements of Tai Chi have a strong sense of rhythm and obvious changes in speed and slowness. Taking "Bronco Split Mane" as an example, the movement can be appropriately accelerated to demonstrate its strong and powerful characteristics; while in the "sea needle" posture, the movement should be slowed down so that people can feel their stability and calmness.
