A 36 – minute tai chi class offers an efficient and rewarding way to experience the essence of this ancient martial art. It combines gentle movements, breathing techniques, and mental focus, providing both physical and mental benefits.

Class Warm – up

As the class begins, we start with a gentle warm – up. It's like setting the stage for a beautiful performance. We slowly rotate our wrists and ankles, loosen our necks, and stretch our shoulders. These simple movements ease us into the state of relaxation. Basic Stances Learning
